Industrial Training is an important part of professional job-oriented professional courses like MCA, BCA, B.Tech CS, B.Tech IT, etc. Most of these courses have Summer Training, Winter Training, or Internship as part of their course curriculum to enable students to interface with Software Companies. This bridges the gap between their learning as students in Engineering College/Management College and working on the actual Software Development process as a Software Engineer.
